KontrolFreek FPS Freek EPIC Review

by Brent Roberts

So now you think you have mastered Gears of War 2 and are eagerly awaiting Gears of War 3. You think that you are unbeatable and that your competition only exists to provide you an opportunity to pad your stats of greatness. Well we here at XboxAddict.com have some bad news, if you're not sporting the new Kontrol Freek FPS Freek Epic, then you're going to be about as good as a one legged man in an ass kicking contest.

These new Kontrol Freek FPS Freek Epic stick enhancements are an absolute must if you want any chance at dominating the competition in Gears of War 3, but a beautiful secret about the FPS Freek Epic are that they work wonders on any 3rd person game such as Dead Space, or Mass Effect. We also have been wondering what other games that could use the benefit of this amazing add on, and to our surprise we found great use out of them with flight combat games such as Ace Combat!

The secret to your domination with the FPS Freek Epic is the mix of the concave design with the raised edge to provide you with the most optimum grip which allows your thumbs to work less but provide you more success in gunfights, chainsaw battles and more! You can turn faster, aim quicker, and ultimately destroy any/all that stand between you and greatness thanks to the raised feel which eliminates tension and pressure on your thumbs and allows you to unlock your true potential! After using your Xbox 360 controller for a while you will probably notice that your control sticks have smoothed out and don't allow the same amount of grip and responsiveness that you originally felt. Now though instead of going and spending over $50 on a new controller, you can get even more grip and enhanced gameplay with a fraction of the cost with the FPS Epic from Kontrol Freek, as it will only set you back $13.99!

When we tested the Kontrol Freek FPS Freek Epic our thumbs originally were not used to the higher elevation as these sit on top of the original Xbox 360 joysticks.  However, after using them for only a couple of hours, we can't imagine playing a game without them. The response and feel of the Kontrol Freek FPS Freek Epic is an absolute must for anyone who wants to maximize their gameplay at a fraction of the cost. One aspect that we thought was a nice cherry on top was the fact that these sport the Gears of War Omen symbol, so the Cog and skull show up nicely in a crimson red color, which is the perfect way to get into the mindset of gutting your opponent with a lancer, but more importantly the Cog itself allows for more control points for your thumb thus increasing the grip even more while maximizing comfort!

For $13.99 the Kontrol Freek FPS Freek Epic provides you with the ultimate option in performance enhancement for a fraction of the cost of a new controller. There's also another option, you could not get these and be contempt with becoming the stain on the underside of your opponent's boot.  The choice is yours but if you want to be the best, consider the Kontrol Freek FPS Freek Epic as the key that will unlock the very best in your gaming.

Xbox One Reveal may have teased actual games

Xbox One Reveal may have teased actual gamesThe most consistent complaint about the Xbox One Reveal is that Microsoft didn’t show enough games, but for one fleeting moment during the show, an image of the Xbox One HUD may have let a total of 8 games slip. Let the E3 2013 speculation begin!

GameStop: Xbox One will cost less than Xbox 360

GameStop: Xbox One will cost less than Xbox 360The above prediction might seem ludicrous, until you remember that the Xbox 360 launched in 2005 with two different SKUs, with the 20GB Premium model costing $399.99, and it would have cost hundreds more if you added the wifi adapter and the Kinect!

Google fails to block U.S. Xbox 360 sales Believe it or not, Microsoft and Google are not exactly the best of friends, and it’s not because the Xbox 360’s default search engine is Bing. For those of you who may have forgotten, Microsoft and Google have a case before the courts.
