What was your first gaming experience?
I d have to say Pong in the early 70's...that was our interactive babysitter backintheday...I also dabbled with the Magnavox odyssey, Atari VCS & 5200, colecovision, vectrex...I also played the hell outta some miner 2049er on the Atari 800 computer.
What was your best gaming experience?
My first system that I owned was an Atari VCS...so that's when I realized that I was a gamer...games like missile command, defender, and steer able bowling balls...
Furthermore, I from the coin-op generation...I spent many weekends at the parlors, hella happy to get 8 tokens for a buck...engaged in some serious braggin rights for Donkey Kong, Tempest, Stargate, Pac Man, Zookeeper, Galaga, and, one of my all-time favorites, Robotron 2084
What was your worst gaming experience?
Buying donkey Kong for the Atari VCS...such a letdown from the coin-op version to the home version...graphics were terrible, and game play was very "unimaginative"...it SUCKED!!
What is your favorite gaming moment? (Example: Surprise ending, secret character, etc…):
1) Finding the dot in Atari's Adventure to unlock the secret room and discover Warren Robbinett...
2) Scoring 1million in Laser Blast and getting a patch from activision...
3) Taking flight as Alucard in Castlevania on the Nintendo
4) Going under 6 seconds in Dragster for the Atari.
5) Zooming in on Christy in the Emu in DOAXBV
6) Completing the Legend of Zelda after weeks of swollen thumbs.
7) My 1st Halo LAN party...women showed up too...incredible!!
8) Unlocking all 27 tracks on GT2 (best racing game ever) on the PS1.
9) Throwing a no-hitter against my roommate in Baseball Stars for the Nintendo. Still the best baseball game EVER!!
