Eric: and you can plug it back in like an extention
Christian : That's a feature that was added to prevent people from stumbling on the cable and possibly causind damage on the Xbox ports.

That was the link the rep used so it won't work now. but here's one that should: http://www.xbox.com/system/xboxcontroller-s.htm?cs_catalog=cat%2dus (http://www.xbox.com) And go from there. If you can't find it, go to support option and pick online chat support at bottom left of screen.
