I read this in a PopularScience mag almost a year ago. Then again about 4 months ago but all the new stuff I have seen is that its a/b a year away. It has to do more w/legal issues.

Yeah, that shock controller would be great! Imagine frying yourself while having your feet submerged in a bucket of water! :D hehe...jk...don't try that at home, kids :D

I remember not long ago I had a ps1 shock pack. It strapped onto your back it it shocked you ( you had a shock meter 2 ) Now thay did fry you real bad.
