why can't i record burned cd's?!?

whenever i pop in a burned cd, the X-BOX says it doesn't recognize it and it won't let me copy it onto the x-box drive....why?!?

They don't like CD-Rs...don't know why entirely, but I'd say its because of pirating.

If you want to copy the sound files to your xbox though, write them on a CD-RW and then put the cd in your Xbox...it will recognize it and you can record the songs then.
