chances are it does it by deafult so go ahead and try it. Its a cdrw so you are only out a little time if it does not. I don't use Nero so I can't help you with that part of the equation sorry.

Well, my friend showed me how to burn em, he probably registered under a name like Pantherz78 or something, so you can thank him. This is what I do:

Erase my RW so it is in unformatted form, use Adaptec Easy CD Creator, and just click n drag MP3's onto the list and burn em. It will say that you won't be able to listen to the CD on home equiptment, just ignore that and burn. The Xbox will read it just fine.

Can you burn mp3's on the xbox? Or do you have to convert them to wav files? I tried loading a burned cd on there but it couldn't read it (wav files). But damn I could put a whole lotta music on there if it read mp3 format! That would rock!

DON'T burn MetallicA songs off of CD's you don't own!!!

If you are creating an Audio CD when doing this, ie chosing creating an Audio CD, the songs are being decompressed when you drag and drop them. So they are written as wav files, and not as MP3's.
