Xbox Final Fantasy...?

Can someone clear up a rumor i heard about there going to be a Final fantasy for the Xbox, Thx;)

Same here man, i heard the same thing, but i'm not too exited about haning a FF game on the XBOX, but whatever. I'll tell you what we do need, is a Street Fighter game!

I want Final Fantasy Tactics 2 on the Xbox but other than that nada! This would help sells in Japan!

i think the muiltiplayer ones meant to be coming out, not sure though.........don't get ur hopes up though and anyway all have pailed compared to FF7 specially 8.....9 is okay though and so is 10............bugger:(

I do hope that final fantasy 10 comes to xbox..
cause i am a fan of the whole ff series and i sold my ps2 so i could get the xbox and now i wont have a chance to play 10 so i wish it comes... also that ff tactics 2 would be great!! and the multiplayers will be okay i spose but only time will tell...

probably not ever (Square, or at least the Square programmer that i chatted with, thinks it will cost them too much to do anything worthwhile on the Xbox, esp. since they are happy with PS2/GBA userbase that thye have now)

and GC is not exactly their 2nd main platform either, more like a distant 3rd (PS2 1st, GBA 2nd)

i won't miss them much though, not my kind of game, but his reasoning is kind of suspect IMO

as of now, according to sources like oxm, are chances of getting a ff game are slim to none....but e3 could prove wrong....:eek:

I think that FF will eventually come to Xbox, but not anytime soon. Once Morrowind and Project Ego come out, they'll be all but forgotten.

its overated anyway, witout the success of FF7 it be no where near as popular today......

i'd rather have a game developed solely for the xbox........no more ports........:(

with rpgs like Morrowind, if its ever released:rolleyes: , and Project Ego on the horizon we should be satified........if not, E3 will have some diamonds in the rough to make u forget about Final F???........whats the other part of it...........hmmmmmmmm;)
