I made this thread so you people can discuss things about Hunter. The release date is almost near, so why dont we discuus are thoughts and feelings about htis game... will you buy it, rent it, or do you hate it!

Well i want this game, and i will buy rather then rent....also it will be nice due to resident evil coming out on the cube......

I think it will be a good game to rent, but not to buy. Im not into games where you hack and slack like Gauntlet, which is similar to this game.

well i already hunter..so it better be damn good..i'm just hoping its not to short..and it has easter eggs/cheats and mini or full blown multiplayer games...somesort of death match or something.

I can't wait for this game! I'm going to buy it, definatlely not renting it.

With Hunter: It's exclusive, it's multi-player ALL ON THE SAME SCREEN (not split screen, it's gorey, and the graphics are amazing.

I think this game will round out my library very nicely. Other than this game, the only genre I need is an RPG and I can get that with Morrowind in a few weeks.

Hunter will have *some* Gauntlet elements to it, but, it's like Gauntlet on steroids. The camera zooms in really tight if you and your buddies are in a closer proximity and will zoom out if you are spread out really far...reminiscient of Super Smash Brothers by Nintendo. So, the camera is going to be supberb with this game and I sincerily believe that it's going to be a major show peice when it hits the XBox. Just wait and see :)

I am really looking forward to Hunter, ever since the first preview. I love 4 play coop hackem games, and this will fit nicely! I just hope its long, and the the fighting isn't monotonous (sp.?) (referring to gauntlet) maybe if they can pump up the magic and a lot of blood, im sure it'll do fine:D

it sounds like a basic hack n' slash with awesome graphics.
they say hunter can be beat in a weekend easily and only has 20 levels. so i'm gonna pass, and get WSB2002 instead, and maybe morrowind for xbox if it doesn't work with 3dfx voodoo 5 5500 agp pc video cards.

I for one will definitely buy this one. If you have 3 friends that enjoy carnage and such you will not be disappointed. I think there will be alot of replay value seeing that the levels are very huge and there will probably be secrets to uncover. Plus this is Interplay's first game for the Xbox (and it has been delayed so it can be fine-tuned) so I'm sure this game will kick arse. Oh yea the movies and screenshots themselves are groin-grabbingly good as well.

id love to buy this game the only thing that im worried about is replayablitiy, will you be able to sit and beat it then come back and play it agian just for fun. And plus i already ordered morrowind so im kinda poor right now
