I just started on xbconnect today. What should I look for to get a high quality game. Some of the games I played today had a lot of lag in them and I couldn't move for several seconds at a time.
I am using a laptop and a wireless card to connect. I have high speed internet access at the hospital in which I play with my friends.
Thanks,

Every single game you play will lag....if you dont have a host who has a good upstream connection, and good ping time (ex:60ms)
Approximately 100-128k upstream bandwidth per XBOX is needed to host without lagging of the game. For joining, most ny connection will do. 128kupload and download has been the standard.
The next version will llow you to check the users speed, so this should help.
under 90 ping is usually good if their upstream is good
