if you like sega sports then buy World Series Baseball (has to be the best baseball game out), if baseball isn't your thing then wait for NFL 2k3 and NBA 2k3 to come out.

personally I am gonna rent Inside Drive 2003 and NBA 2k3 before I buy one or the other.

WSB2K2 without a doubt IS THE BEST BASEBALL GAME OUT. That is a fact . U want a sports game, thats the one. Its baseball season.

Everyone else has already said it before me. WSB2K2 is pretty good. Hey Muab`dib. Was Muad `dib already taken?

NHL 2003, dont buy 2002 at this point, we're still STUCK with that moron on the front.

Wait for Iggy to get his cover shot.

Hitz is a MUST have for any sports enthusiast

Inside Drive is pretty decent also, and any of the Sega titles are usually a sure bet.

Now this is an area that i love to speak on. IMO, for basketball Definately NBA2K2 is the best way to go. It has great depth, its fun to play, the dunks are tytework and its an overall stable game with all the elements needed to make it the best Basketball game out there. Not to mention it adds to the immense strength of the 2K series. NBA Inside Drive 2002 on the other hand is a good game, but it lacks depth, but i still like it, and it has excellent potential.

Now for football there are a lot of great choices, and going with either NFL Fever or Madden you cant go wrong. Or you could pull it off like me and own all three great football games(NFL Fever 2002, Madden 2002 and NFL 2K2).

Untill next time...

If you plan on getting Xbox live I'd recommend the Sega Sports games since EA games wont be online.

World Series Baseball is definitely the best baseball game EVER created.

NHL Hitz is the best hockey game I have ever played! It might not be everyone's bag, but if you like fast paced non stop action with huge hits and cool fights, pick up Hitz. There are also lots of stuff to unlock..teams, uniforms, stadiums. I like playing on the pirate ship!! Come to think of it, who wouldn't like this game??
