Halo 2 gonna come but....like something 2004. But in the mid-time, i have something to discuss with all of you. Let's talk about Brute Force. This one is a must-have too. The graphics are very impressive. Until the Halo 2 launched, why not playing this one ? I got infos about that. You don't have to wait too long for this one. It's gonna come in October 2002 and it's about 2 months from now.

you don't have to convince me twice about buying this when it comes out...

i've been convinced ever since i read last months OXM with Brute Force being one of it's headline stories....

How did i get this info ? Well, i have a place that show how many days left to wait for this hot title. Go to www.compusmart.com search the title Brute Force. They will give you the date and days left. For what i am saying about "2 months", i am so sorry, that was a misunderstanding. It's gonna release about 3 months from now.




P.S. I know that everyone will say that everywhere will have a another date for the release, but compusmart was truly show the date of the release...so i repeat this is not a TARGETED DATE, IT'S REAL !!!

thats stil more than 3 months. its like the middle of june and october is in like 5 and a half months i think (but i dont know the months in oreder to well either, lol)

Well it might be a bit far off, but i've been convinced of this games greatness from i first laid eyes on it! In about a month i'll be pre-ordering it from EBgames.com. BTW who told you HALO 2 will be out 2004??

I am just thinking about the release date of Halo 2. Because Halo was the best ever game on Xbox. Anyone agree with me ? So, they will keep it for a while. And if Halo 2 comes to fast, Halo will be a history. Maybe they will keep this until around 2004 i think.

I'd say more like mid 2003, coz they don't have to built a brand new game engine - just update the current one. Plus all the time they took to come up with the storyline, concepts, art - all that is ready, they just need to update it and add a few bells here and there.

Kinda sad that XBOX has been out for 8 months now and a launch title is still the hands down best game out.

Well the fact is Halo was superb in the first place so its hard to beat IMO. Theres plenty of good games out and most of those are just under Halo but Halo achieved a new level of excellence. Besides could be worse on PS2 there was nothing good at all for months after it launched including its launch titles

Brute-Force will be the second step that Microsoft want to take us in another level of gameplay. But one thing i'm misunderstanding, if this game will be 3d shooter (doom-like) or is in third-perspective like Hunter: The Reckoning ??

Hunter isn't really a Thirdperson shooter, a thirdperson shooter is more like Max Payne or GTA3

A third perosn shooter it right behind the person. A first person you are the person. I dont know what u call hunter a fourth person shooter? But brute force is definitely a third person shooter. There was some video in a reaally old oxm issue.

In that way, i think is must like some kind of Gunvalkyrie-style ?? Hopefully they will add a rotating camera function, so we can view the whole body of each one.

Are u blind? didnt u just see what we said its a third person shooter that means u move with the left thumbstick aim with the right. gunvalkyie is a bad example because it is a lot different from a third person shooter but your on the right track.
