hey guys im new, so when will the multiplayer feature in games be availiable

Sony wanted to make a cd add on to the Super Nintedo (I'm pretty sure it was the snes) but nintedo said no cause of segas problems with add ons. Sony then decide to make its own system, the playstation. What would have happened if the add on was made? speculation only.

No comment to STD's topic change (lol) cuz i dont really care about sony and nintendo's problems, all i can say about that is nintendo is not meant to be a video game developer, cuz they've made so many mistakes to date, it's hurting them too much. Some of these mistakes included revealing controllers before patenting them, deciding to use cartridges instead of CDs, and giving up Final Fantasy to Sony. Now, they're suffering because of it. Getting back to the topic of the green jewel, I heard that Radica's kick-*** Vortex controller is gonna have a green light on the controller, but no jewel. But then again, who cares about the jewel when you have a nice metallic design with rubber-padded buttons, grips, and joysticks, and added vividness (is that a word?) to the colors of the A, B, X, Y, white, and black buttons, and the nice green light. I am sooo getting that controller!

I picked up my copy today 9/20/01. I paid 4.99 plus tax at a Borders book store in Washington, DC.

This "preview" issue of the magazine wasn't supposed to hit news stands until 9/25/01, but I guess Borders and maybe some others jumped the gun a bit.

Those of you that have subscribed to the magazine will not get the preview issue in the mail. The "preview" issue is only sold in stores.

I haven't had time to go through it completely, but what I have read so far sounds impressive, but I'm no game junkie. The magazine is about 100 pages in total.
