Chat room problem?

Hey guys here is an interesting problem. I am using the latest xbconnect 1.3. My problem is that it never connects to the chat server. I do get a server list on the upper right and I can join a game server and chat to the people from that game server and I can also play a game. But I cannot join the public chat rooms.

Here is what it says when I click the button

Connecting to chat server
Connected to chat server
Please wait while we log in....

And that is all. Another time I got just this one time:

Connecting to chat server
Connected to chat server
Please wait while we log in....
*** Now talking in #HALO
** You have been kicked: Perm ban

But I've never even been in any of the chat rooms so I don't know how I couldve been banned. Any ideas?

here is an update..
I tried getting into other rooms
I can get into #NASCARHEAT and I can get into #MOTO but I can't get into the other two. It doesn't say anything to me about being banned or anything.

Any ideas?
