mine's at 19 i think... I have a few really awesome peices of armor like my shield (stole from armourer at Balmora, Im a good theif and never get caught!) Im gonna go after that glass armor after i level up again... Im a level 4 right now

Mine is at 0, but from what I have been reading that is the best way for it to be since unarmored is a major skill of mine....Is this correct? I have an awesome helm and shield, but they are in storage right now til I find someone that can afford to buy them off me.

Dre, you may know this best, but anyone can answer... Am I better off equiping them or staying with a zero armor rating?

If your unarmored rating is really high, then you dont need armor. I wear armor because im part mage, part swordsman.

And my armor rating now is 52 or 53...i forget. but I got that masque of some guy from that wizard guy in the tower east of Dagoth Fel...armor rating for the masque is over 120, and it gives +30 personality, and it looks really good with my Shockeater robe. :)

ditto my armor is like 7 i think and my unarmored is like 60 something . . . besides im to swift on my toes to get caught up with these hoes. . . my acrobatics is 82 also so i can jump like 20 feet stright down and not get hurt also i can jump accrss most rooms in a single leap

I dont bother will skills like acrobatics and all that. I have my Magicka and Health at 143. My intelligence is 93 or something, but my strength is only in the high 80's. And in only level 20.

I like the glass armor but I prefer the Orcish because it has a higher armor rating plus its medium, which happens to be one of my skills.

My guy is a thief, I have skills in ligh armor, so glass will be covering my arse until I can find something better!:cool:

The lower your armor rating the better. If your stuff just has magic charges with cool effects, you can always carry them along and just put it on to use the charge whenever you need to. I do that with a couple of items, mainly a pair of heavy dwemer boots that have levitation charges on them.

Where did you find that? My guy has med armor as a major skill. I only have the orcish helmet, where did you get the rest of it?

Anyway, go in there. At the very top floor, there is this Orc with 3 crates behind him. The one farthest away has a Orc Curiass, Orc Shoulder Pads (dont know what they're called, but you know) and the Orc Greaves. You have to jump over the crate, and then there is this space behind him and between the crate. Steal them.

But before you go in there...make sure you have enough weight to spare for carrying. :)

But I combined it with my Bonemold Armor, to fill in the places where I didn't have Orc Armor, and I have a Armor Rating of 17. Medium of course.

But I'm a Agent, so I'm looking for the Glass Armor now though. Since I need light stuff.

Theres a curiass and boots in the armorer in balmora on the floor, and a full set I think in the chest thats locked level 100 behind the locked level 80 door in the ald-ruhn fighters guild.

My armor rating is 152 it was at 154 but the greaves i had just didn't go with the rest of my armor so i had to make a sacrifice to look good eheh

i got the lords mail yesterday(heavy) it is awsome. but my fav piece of armor is my mask of cadius sumthing or other it makes me dead sexy as it does add 30 to my personality!

you can go get the Lord mail in Ebonheart, it is in a cave at the backside of the castle that u gotta find an underwater door for. once u fin this door go through it and there will be a guy in there with the armor kill him and take it. You will not get a crime reported as he is a bad man ehhe

I prefer not to wear armor. I got this great robe off a wizard who died trying a new warp spell. I use a silver short sword and no armor. The less you wear, the more you can sell for cash and wearing armor hurts you, if you're not skilled in it. I'm not :p

hint: keep looking in the crates at ghostgate until the greeves are there so you have the complete set. Sometimes you go in there and the greeves are not there, instead there is a glass tower shield, or 3 boots and such. It changes.

I killed poor Lord Fyr, dear God, that guy is *****ing nuts...i nearly died myself, it took about 3 minutes to beat him to death and use spells and all...

thats were i got mine Rapmaster. while ur in vivec go to St.Olms and go to the wasterworks then to the underworks and find the Assernerarian shrine kill the 3 ppl in there and then steel the jewels from the statue and kill the dedric guy thingy and u can have his deadric claymore plus the deadric longsword from one of the 3 peeps:D

I killed my first person in Balmora. He was the clothier there. Anyways no one seems to miss him, and I've stashed a lot of stuff in his place...hehehe! Bracers/Gauntlets: Right: ebony Left Dwemer

Shield: Ebony tower shield and Saint's Shield (enchanted standard ebony shield)

Greeves: Daedric from Dren planation.

Boots: Imperial templar.

Just think what it will be when I get better boots and a better left bracer!

My heavy armor skill is at 100.

With my current character I have an armour rating of 187. I use all glass except for the Saviors Hide. And I sometimes us Boots of blinding speed. My light armour skill is at 105, I just got the Fortify Skill spell from the Morag Tong!!!!
