Any Beta Testers

Were there any beta testers named yet?

Im sure if anyone in the forums was named a beta tester, they'd brag about it for a page and a half. I know I would :D until the day you see bragging you can probably rest assured that there is no beta testers here.

i don't think they start the beta testing until next month....
which kinda makes me believe that they should be sending out notices anytime now...

XboX Live does come out in September... which doesn't leave much time for beta testing.... hmmmmmmmmmmm....

notices for bta testing go out in July and a confermation notice muct be sent back by a specific date . . .although i dont know who in there right mind would decline the offer if MS asked them to help beta test

umm..
that stuff has been posted..
im pretty sure u have to pay for it..
but u get something extra that the starter kit wont come with.
and if u beta test..u get a bunch of games to test..
then the betas run out and u cant use them n e more after the real releases come out...

I would suspect that the week of June 23 (first day of Summer) is HOPEFULLY when they'll annouce the testing. The testing for stress is going to be extremely important for them since the except lots to sign up and they DON'T want to follow Sony's disasterous start. Thus, they need sufficient time to test -- so hopefully they'll get started ASAP!!!!

I don't think that if a person is chosen that they would talk about it. I have tested games before and you have to sign a non-disclosure contract stating that if you talk the company has the right to sue for any damages done by a leak. So if someone is chosen I don't think they would talk, but I may be wrong.

At the very least I would expect you could disclose your participation in the beta program. However, I believe this will be a public beta and no NDAs will be required.

I heard inko from x2k got picked so there already started pickingwhich is cool i hope i get picked but if imnot i hope someone from the site does so i caqn be up to date which is what is happening with it

Hey Woopage -- I just looked all over X2K and did not see where someone was picked as a BetaTester. I looked in all the forums, etc. Let me know where you heard this.

I would hope that they would state on Xbox.com that Beta Testers are selected or are now being announced. Let me know...Thanks...Stingu
