anybody no whhere to find the dead tax man in the first town we start in ,in morrowind

a little north west of saiyn neen . . . there is a dead body of the tax collector its on him and then u can go back into Sayin Neen and investigate his 'redrum'

i found a guy dead but not the tax collecter and i searched that whole area and could not find the tax collecter ,any specific thing that the body is by

a tree and a human size rock if I remember correctly...

when u first start out take a slight left and theres a part where there like 4 or 5 houses and in the middle of all the houses is where fargoth hides his money. keep goin left, u'll have to cross the water to another small island. keep headin left, u'll have to fight a few things. you;ll c a body laying on the ground and thats him. hope that helps.
