Some Quick Huter Q's...

I have a couple simple questions that I think you guys might be able to answer:

1) Whats the best way to kill the Gargoyles?
2) Whats the best way to kill the Rats?
3) How many levels are there in the game?
4) How many boses do you have to face?
5) How many lives do you suggest to have going into fight the final boss?
6) Is it just me, or are the environments really dark, where it gets hard to see? (I changed the brightness, it helped, but kinda makes this look weird) Followup: Which brightness do you guys use?

1) I've found using your axe or sword to one side of the gargoyle is easiest. If you're making contact with them they can't swing their tail around.
2) From a distance, use shotgun or pistol and keep your distance.
3) 24

5) haven't finished it yet (stopped playing for awhile)
6) Yes I agree they are dark, I usually adjust the brightness on my tv instead of in the game.

sewer rats use any gun at all about 3 -5 shots or so with that and there toast, do not try close combat on rats or they weill use there green breathe attack which does harm
