It's definently not a ripoff if you consider that some people actually pay $9.99 a month for one game like Everquest and other MMRPG's. To bad I can't get DSL where I live.

itz not a rip-off. yes, the commander is nearly $50, and u do get a game, but i think the only game u can get is revolt, right? but that $10 a month after the first year is going to improve xbox live, and technogly that live runs on. paying money = a better online experiance. hhmm, now y doen't ps2 charge money.......... oh yeah, because ps2 online servers r pieces of crap! we're talkin' microsoft, god of all that is computer here! c'mon, go XBOX LIVE!:cool:
