Anyone know a good place to get a good cheap wireless router?

not a good idea . . . the wireless technology that powers wireless networks isnt that great . . in fact it sucks i would go with good 'ol cables and wire the house if u can . . .

but Best buy prob has the best prices

No no! Wireless is great! I have WLAN in my house it's wonderful, you can take ur laptop anywhere and it saved me alot of hassle trying to rig up 7 computers on 2 floors to a wired network. I have my Linksys Etherfast Wireless Router + AP set up in a hallway closet and it transmits throughout the entire house. So no probs there. Go with the Linksys one I mentioned. You'll love it.

i don't think xbox can use wireless LAN :rolleyes:

No you connect a cat5 cable from the xbox to the free LAN port on ur computer and it gets transmitted from the Wireless adapter in ur PCMCIA or PCI slot.

I have been wanting to get a WAP like yours for a while now (don't have a good enough notebook to even bother using it now:( ) I even talked 2 of my buddies into getting the LinkSys WAP, and they both love it also....
