2 Small Questions

Just two questions.

1. Does Fever have the Houston Texans in the Franchise mode, and if so, does it have an expansion draft for them??

2. Is there a date for Max Payne?

That was why I asked about an expansion draft. I know Madden has one on theirs, so I was hoping it was on Fever. In Madden you have to waive 5 players into an expansion draft pool, then the Texans pick from that.

I am hoping that it is in Fever also.
