Locations of Secret Masters

I have a ton of money mostly from raiding the Ghost place and getting multiple sets of glass armor and ebony, but I can only find people who practice skills up to about 60. Does anyone know where some masters are who can practice higher than that?

Take a look around Sadrith Mora. I know that there are 2 masters in the inn right outside the castle. I just don't remember the skill.
