Someone Help Me!!!!!

I was trying to help my friend set up XBconnect today and it was not working. I downloaded version 1.3 and got him a user id. WHen I tried to log on It would say... "Logging on,........." or somethinglike that..... it never said "connected to HALO". Now his gamespy was working so I know its not a connection problem. Please help me. is there something wrong with Xbconnect today or what???? Im gonna again later cuz I know Xbconnect is faster than GAmespy. Look for him later on tonite.

that heppened to me sometimes to. . . i eighter

A) relaunch XbC and it works or

B) click on 1 of the other chat rooms (Moto GP, Nascar, Mwind) and then click on the Halo 1 and it works . . . but last night hte server just crashed for a few minutes and kicked everyone off. . . ao maybe that happened again today
