Quick Morrowind Help

Hey, got Morrowind and its a great game. I have a couple questions. Firstly, I'm having trouble with taunting someone to attack me first. How do i do it. What happens is usually i can get a taunt success, and the dude says "DRAW!" and then i do...but nothing happens... Anyone have an idea?

Also, whats a good way to increase my willpower? When i lvl up, no multipliers come up for that...

A sucesful taunt will have "Goodbye" in the end of the message, then you will fight. As far as willpower I have no clue. Visit the RPG forums for the morrowind gurus.

Different schools of magicka have different governing attributes. I don't know them offhand, but let's just assume that Restoration has willpower as a governing attribute. In that case, you'd have to use restoration spells over and over to increase that attribute.
To find what attributes actually govern the different schools, refer to the booklet.
