Long Blade - Use's only a Katana. Not a Dai-Katana. The first one you buy is the one you keep. Samurai don't sell, or buy their weapons -- but this first step is necessary. Keep's it sharp, unenchanted, and as a symbol. It's very important. Your soul is etched and formed from the blade.
Unarmored - Only a robe, no shirt or pants. Leotard that the guy in Nerano Manor is wearing.
Restoration - Good skill, good roleplay.
Enchant - Get the most out of your items.
Short Blade - This is optional, but mostly for roleplay. Keeps a Tanto, and a Wakizashi. Why would these have uses? Samurai used them in corridors, or other such places where it was too unwieldly. These have less sentimental value than the almighty-Katana, but no less use. Use these in water, or other such circumstances where you'd "insult" the Katana.
:Minor:
Mysticism - Good.
Medium Armor - Go for the Gondolier's Cap, the one that the boatmen in Vivec have. Use's Orcish armer
Athletics, Acrobatics, and Mercantile.
Faction & Guilds
Imperial Legion, for the build of it. Blades, for the service of Emporer. Possibly the Redoran for their beliefs.
- Yes, use a 1-Handed Katana with no shield. Although the majority of Samurai believed it to be a 2-handed weapon, and theoretically you could outfit him with a plain Dai-Katana, you'd be going agaisnt the grain of history. After all, Miyamoto Musashi believed the Katana to be 1-Handed. You can be one of his Muni disciples.
