Need help DLing Xbconnect..

I am very computer illiterate just so you all know...

I go to the download site and try to download Xbconnect software..

The quicktime symbol logo thing comes up, and then it goes to a blank page with the quicktime symbol with the rip through it and it doesnt download or do anything.. How do I fix it so that it will download??

u should click Downloads from the left menu on the home page of XbConnect.com

then scroll to bottem and click the "i agree" button (only after u read and understand the terms of service) and it should ask u if u want to sake the file or open it in current location . . . choose save and it should start DLing

thats what I did exactly, exept after I hit "I agree" it does the ripped quicktime symbol thing and nothing more...


ANyone know how to fix??
