Need help with Morrowind: Morag Tong Writ on Odaisha Yasaimibaat

I can't find this guy's "yurt" to kill him it tells me to go to Tel Aruhn ansd swim southwest until I reach the shore and find his yurt on a small peninsula but there is no yurt that I can find and Ive asked around and the guy is never in the subject coloumn please help. This is only my second writ for the Morag Tong. Where are you supossed to start from in Tel Aruhn, from where you get dropped off by the ship? Is the guy close to Vos? Please help.

Walk around the coast, I did it awile ago and had no problem with it. I swam west instead of southwest and walk south on the edge of the coast to find him.:)

I went East from Tel Fyr.
