Julius was born a Plainswalker, the youngest of 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Arrogant, ****y, and highly intelligent, he munipulates others to accomplish what he wants. He is a hateful man, and does not like these human invaders who overtook his homeland years ago. He joined the theives guild inorder to gain access to the underworld. Julius moved quickly through the ranks and made his way to the highest possible position as a Master of the Guild. Through his contacts, Julius has been able to live a comfortable lifestyle, above the law, doing as he pleases, when he pleases.
