Is there any quests for them that i kill people that i need in the main quests?

i highly doubt it, other wise it would b pointless unless u "beat" the game. so im gonna say no u wont kill ne one from the main quest

if you do a screen will pop up and tell you that you broke your destiny and suggest you load your last saved game
