the phone number
the town they live in and what street and house number.

now trying to be a nice person in this sick and twisted time
i just called the person to tell them.i talked to the kids mom and she seemed a bit buged out .so i asked if i could talk to her son and from the sound of it he really didnt give a crap.they where like can we take care of this later. later????!!!!!!! your ether really dumb /lazy or just dont give a crap or all of the above

well if i just got a call saying all my personal info was on a ordeing page i would be going nuts right now and be thanking the person and then be trying to get in touch with the store.

thats why you shoot to kill if somebody is robbing your house, you hit them and wound them, finish them off....

as long as they are in your house when you killed them, theres nothing their families can do about it. Now if you just wound them, i'm sure you would get sued.

now off topic here but if you kill someone that is unarmed(sp?) that is robbing your house you can be sued and put in jail for killing them. its not the wild west now.the most you can do is hold the robber at gun point till the cops get there. now if the robber had a gun or knife well thas a differnt story. also if you have a handgun that is not registered(sp?) and you have no permit for it your out of luck also.with shotguns anyone who is 18 or is it now 21 can get one no permit needed.

greggp666 - Thats why you do what Shannon-XBA said. If someone breaks into your house and you shot them and unfourtantely kill them you will most likely get away with it. This is why- Its your word about what happened. If the robber is still alive they can counter testify. So if they're dead you are the only witness and so whatever you say goes.

In South Carolina the attorney general declared open season on home invaders. If someone breaks into your house, armed or unarmed, and you shoot them you cannot be prosecuted. They could sue you if they live, though. I don't know about other states. I'd rather be judged by twelve than carried by six anyway.
