Hey!

Just wondering.....Say, you are playin' Xbox Live! with 3 other dudes online and they all "speak at once".....How am I suppose to heard what ea. person says????

i dont think its a bad question, my comp speakers screw it up when more than one person talk, i just hope they make sure what people say is really clear, cause it could get crazy if you have one guy that doesnt shut up.

I know! Indeed this is a good question.....You gave me a very positive response. Thank you! It's just that SOME PS2 guys around here that is jealous about Xbox Live! so whatever questions related to it, they will bash them all.....How pathetic. Once again shrew king, thank you very much for your positive response. You are not as stupid as the PS2 guys. ;)

no problem, but in the No Dial Up thing i posted u really made an azz of yourself for no reason man, i dont know you, but instead of trying to make enemies try to make friends, or atleast dont go around tryin to pizz people off.

im here to help people out with questions, i dont try flamin' people unless they spam or somethin like that, once again though, no problem.:)

cityson your a fool, lets say your in the hallway at school, and ur talking to 3 other people . . . do u all talk simultaniouly or do u each say somthing when the person before u finishes??? well if u have any manners at all (which i doubt) u would wait your turn to speek, cauz u wouldnt make much of a teammate if u were an A$Sh0l3 who kept talking over everyone . . . . of course a situation might come up where 2 other people playing the game r going back and forth in a convo and u might have to inturupt them with something like "Watch out behind you" or "DON T GO IN THERE" or "pass the ball im open to the left" . . . im sure u get the idea, well i hope your feable mind can comprehend, and i look foward to kicking your ass over and over again while talkin smack to u when XBL launches

You see Oppium, it's not THAT simple. In real world, yes, you can hear all the peeps "talk-at-once", but in Xbox Live!, you can't cuz of the headphone. You only got 1 ear to hear all the *****s....Don't you think it's kinda frustrating? The answer is yes. Also, have you ever tried Xbox Live!? The answer is NO.

im very impress that u r accualy trying to arguee your side and not resort to mindless dribble like u usaully do, but yet agian your knowledge is limited and dont have any real world experiance that could simulate the situation in your question (which is probvly y u asked the question in the first place)

no i have never talked on XBL, but they say its no diffent then talking on a cellular phone(OXM and other various articles i have read online) which i have done, and i have talked on double 3 way before (which is 4 people on the phone total) so i have infact had a situation where there was 4 people talkin together, and we didnt have a prroblem cauz we were not trying to scream over each other . . . . so after u have had XBL for a while and get your friends list filled with people u get along with, playing with them and talking should NOT be a probelm with civilized people who can ingadge in a conversation without trying to always be the one talking or always trying to talk over other people . . .

you can have more than one person talking on counter-strike but its hard tu understand people when a few talk at the same time so im guessing you will be able to

Oppium, do you really think there will be no jacka$$es on Xbox Live, have u ever played an online game? give a jacka$$ a keyboard and he scrolls (just filling the chat space with mumble like sdlfhsdlfsdhfl, or $hit like that.) give a jacka$$ a headset, and hell just cuss and pi$$ u off for fun, cityson gave a good question, and all he wanted was an answer, not u or anyone else flamin him.

shrew king's got a point. but i read that the games will be like monitored. like if you keep on swearing at people and if you keep on doing bad things like that, you will get in trouble and you will be suspended.

i was thinking that we could set up a torny here like orgainize it and discuss the rules and set up times for the matches, cauz im not going to have XBA on my gamer tag, probly cauz it wont fit, but if it does i might . . . . . *daydreams about the huge CTF games with voice communication**Drools*

wouldnt it be awesome, for online football games. if you just didnt have 2 people playing. like, you could have a ton of people playing, and each person could control 1 player. that would be so awesome, so you could have like all of your friends on one team and stuff. i think they did that in one of the xbox live videos.

Cityson have you ever had a conference call on a phone before, because i believe that it is somewhat like that and I would believe that the quality is not as good as a phone call but extremely similar. Thats my best guess, I really don't know what else could be implemented to help you hear better besides maybe a volume control for the players talking to you or maybe they all say something to you and you hear each one seperately but I would strongly doubt it.

There is also modes of swearing prevention being made. You cannot swear and have it be heard. I do not know how they did this but they did apparently.
