Whats the difference? Besides $30.

Amazon.com sells 2002 for $20 and 2003 for $49.95.

Is there a big difference between the two?

Updated rosters, better graphics,smoother gameplay

Differences.

1) The titles are different. (2002 and 2003)
2) The graphics should be improved.
3) Updated stuff.

Same.

1) Same company. (Midway. AKA. *****way.)
2) Same console.
3) Same price from the first time 2002 version was out.
