View Full Version : AVATAR for MEMBERS of the Official XBox Live NFL 2k3 League.

I thought it would be nice if all the members of the Official XBox Live NFL 2k3 League would be able to classify eachother by using the same AVATAR
Here's the one I made:

I'm open to suggestions. But for now, how about we all use this one?
Instructions on how to use the avatar (if you don't already know):
1) Click the 'User CP' button on the top of the page.
2) Click on the 'Edit Options' tab.
3) Go down to the bottom, and click on the 'Change Avatar' button.
4) In the field beside 'You can enter an URL of your avatar:', copy and paste "http://www.xboxaddict.com/forums/avatar.php?userid=2476&dateline=1029176668" into it.
Or... you can download the sig onto your hardrive and upload it.

Sounds like a plan!!!
Hey Goldberg, open a bank account, put some money in there, and when they ask if you want a debit card tell them yes. Make sure it is a credit/debit card. Isn't actually a credit card but works like on if you have money in the bank. Example : You have $100 in your account, you can use your credit/debit card for up to $100.
Just a suggestion for you. Almost all banks have this option. Other than my regular credit card I have a bank debit card that is also a mastercard.

Yea but he's only 14 so his grandma will have to open it for him. It will probably be a "joint account" between him and his grandma. I got one except it's just savings.

I dunno but it wouldn't make sense if it charged interest like a credit card, if you already have the money. It'll probably work though, I was just saying he would need to get it as a joint-account with his grandma.

I should say you can enter it as a credit card. But it will only work if you have the money in the bank. So basically debit card is the better term with a Credit Card name on the front. My card for my checking account is a debit card, but has a mastercard # so it will work wherever Mastercard is accepted. BUT I have to have money in the bank to make a purchase with it. Thats what I was actually trying to say. Sorry for the confusion.

Also no interest is accrued on the card as you are using your own money out of the bank to make purchases. just a convenient way to purchase something that requires a credit card.

The only thing i think we should add a logo of are teams into are avatar so we each have a little distinction between each other :confused:

Oh i see what you did, you entered your team name above, Ok i like that idea forget the adding of the logo to the avatar because if we change teams we will have to change avatars. :rolleyes:
How do I change the name? I figured out how to do the avatar, but can't put the words Tennessee Titans in.

Sweet. I thought my suggestion would make members of the league stick out. I like it!
I wish they would let us make the avatars slightly bigger. Right now, the biggest is 50 x 50 px. Wish it were something like 60 x 60

About savings debit card crap, I have an ATM card from savings- it does NOT work as a debit card- i can only get money from ATM MACHINES, i can not get money say from a store, eg. Burger King- I can't use the machine near the register. So just ask your parents for their credit card and you'll pay em $50 or ask for your own.

Ummm :confused: thats wierd did you activate the card to work as a debit?
You need to activate it in order to work as a credit card but it just pulls money from your account.

The logo makes it simpler to classify those in the league. If everyone had just ap ic of hteir team, then anyone could assume its just anyone. You can do it if you want, and I'm not going ot discourage you, but I think it would be unique to use this avatar. ur choice.

Actually, im Skinny. Don't know why you used a roll eyes symbol, but please don't assume things. The reason I used that, is because it was the first place I tried to use my card besides an atm machine :rolleyes:
Also, it will be specific- you will see. Right now what color should "League" be. I'm thinking red, yellow, or green; but cant decide.

Well now you can check what it looks like, It's also now transparent to fit in with the two different color backgrounds. Now if anyone would like to have a team specific one- please post their team in this thread.

can you make me a falcons and cowboys one. I want cowboys in case that other terd face drops out. I think you should just go ahead and make one for all 32 teams. tha way everybody can have one.
BTW: the burger king thing was just a joke. i have fun pretending to be an @ss sometimes.

Just be happy you got your second choice. If you're bitter because the Falcons suck, there are still a few really good teams available.
I say take the Bears. Broncos decent too. Can't really remember what else is available.

I heard it is gonna be on xbc. If it's not I'll just play my friends and practice so I can get to the SUPERBOWL when the real playing starts.
