Here is the offical word from microsoft on when that last email confirming if your a beta tester or not goes out....... THE WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Registration has actually been closed for awhile. At least if you didn't get in on time you won't be checking your mail a thousand times a day like me.

you have to pay to be a beta tester.. that sucks though :(

all you pay is 50 bucks, and thats for the headset and the xbox live cd. then you get the beta games for free, and a memory card for free. so, its a really good deal
