The question above is quite self-explainable, but I can not find the Grandmaster Lockpick. I know where Journeyman and Master Lockpicks are, but where is the Grandmaster lockpick or when does it become available.

I'm not really sure, although I've picked up more than one (I think) But if you really want something just complete the Thieves' Guild quest. That should satisfy all your lockpicking needs.

In Balmora, go to Hecerinde's house, he has a few laying around i think, either that or they are in a locked chest, he is also the secret master for security.

Yeah, you can buy "Secret" Master Lockpics (Better than Grandmaster) from Heccrendi in Balmora. Dont steal them otherwise you will not be able to buy em.

If you steal them, they don't regenerate...so you'll be better off buying them...Heccenrendi is the only source of these pics that I know of...

oh ok. If you train in Security though there is no need for secret masters lockpicks, i am at level 100 and i use Apprentice's lockpicks to open 100 level locks, its highly worth it to get Security at a high level.
