Hey i was woundering why 2.0 messes up other xbox tunnel programs?
please if u know about this, re-release 2.0 and fix the mistake.

I had the same problem. Once I installed XBC 2.0 my gamespy stopped connecting. It couldn't find the network adapter. And it only happens when I install XBC 2.0

why care about lamespy when you can now play on xbc which is a hell of alot better...just forget about gs

here's the problem my freinds use use GS so i use GS when there on, there is also another tunnel program out there that I use that was messed up it's called Xbox ladder, it more like xbc than GS, but still i think u should be able to use all three like i did before 2.0.

I generally play at akward times. And when I login to XBC there's only like 5-10 games going. Gamespy seems to have some action going on at all hours of the day. But yes, the new XBC with 40 pings is sweet. They just need more people like me who play at wierd hours.

yeah......i got xbconnect on mon., then i tried to download gamespy arcade and tunnel software......i got the same problem....but then i just deleted gamespy since most ppl told me it lags terribly......the thing i hate about xbconnect is that in the middle of the day no one was there to play me!

Hey.. I have a laptop and a PC both connected to my network. Does anybody know if I can install Gamespy on one and XBC on the other and have them both work?

I don't see any reason it won't work. Just run one at a time. Running them together might cause some problems.

who cares if it messes up other tunnel programs, 2.0 is so awsome i never get complaints of LAG when i host and i host HUGE 6v6 games alll the time . . . . no need for any other tunnle program if u have 2.0 thast just my opinion

2.0 is the best tunnel program available. Almost every game I play there is lagless and the link never closes. I am never gonna play on Gamespy again, XBC is the greatest :cool:

Why don't you guys get it. THere's never anyone on late at night on xbc. What use is less lag program if noones there at night. Gamespy still has 100-200 + at those hours. It makes sense to have a back-up. No reason xbc should screw up everything else.

well yeah! because gamespy is known by ALOT more and is on how many websites out there!

the reason i found out about it was cause i was bored searching google for mutiplayer halo online and visited some site which had xbc linked to it.

if xbconnect had a bigger audience/more publicity, there would be alot more people online to play :cool: duh!

but yea, its alot better then gamespy.. that thing lagged on my comp, the program itself :( and then the lag ingame was even worse :mad:

Stop stating the obvious. The fact of the matter is they DON'T have a bigger audience and GS does. I use xbc all the time but at night time.....it pays to have GS because noone is on xbc....duh.
