Faulty Xbox?

Half the light on my xbox eject button has died.. i got it a few months ago , Do you think this would warrant an exchange? is the store oblidged (in general) to exchange it? or fix it?

If that's the only problem you probably won't get your money back for it. So lie and exaggerate and they will accept anything.

Did you register your X Box. If not, call X box an say you just bought it a few weeks ago and they should fix it for you.If you did register, there is always Wal Mart ;)

the thing is i bought it second hand but i got the receipt and i want to exchange it for light problem so ive got a brand new one :D

Sounds like the plastic ring around the eject button cracked or something.

When I got mine on Nov 15 you should have seen the box the Xbox came in. Mine had one hole, and acouple huge dents on the box. Must have been some GC and Ps2 fanboys handling the boxes.
