View Full Version : Beta kit -- How do I get the tracking number?

I ordered my kit and got the confirmation email. Where do I go to get the tracking number and/or find out if it's shipped?

I thought you were still waiting for the e-mail. Here is what you do. I had to call to find this out. Look at your order confirmation page. There is a tracking number on the top. Go to UPS.com and clicking tracking and then up near the top is an option to track by reference number. Put the xbox tracking number in the ups reference number box. Mine is out for delivery today. I am hoping they will leave it at the house without my signature.

I did what you said and it worked, thanks. What day is your scheduled delivery? Mine is tuesday, thought it was gonna come monday but oh well.

Hey Element, it is scheduled for Tuesday but could come Monday. 3 Day Select is a service that guarantees delivery in 3 days or less. It just depends how many priority packages they have to deliver first and also how close you live to the shipper (Gerorgia). For me Georgia is a 2 day point, but the weekend usually slows down 3 days packages because of heavy overnight and 2 day deliveries. Hope that helps ya!!! LOL!

Well I live in Massachusetts so I'm banking on Tuesday. I just checked the tracking and it is still in Georgia (has been since the 5th).

I typed in the tracking number at ups.com and it says invalid number

I just ordered friday.. maybe it's not in the system yet

Bakeman, did you use the order # or a valid UPS tracking numbert hat starts with 1Z.........

If you are using the order number be sure to click "Track by reference #" then enter your info there.

I just went back to check again to see where the package was at, and it's gone. It now says my reference number is invalid or whatever. Anyone else getting this problem?

EDIT: Nevermind, it seems to be working now. I think it was a site problem.

okay my bad.. I wasn't paying attention the first time I did it..

I was using the order number LOL someone quick slap the kick me sign on my back! lol

Okay... now I'm not sure what to do from where....

Track the reference number you say? ... well what number is that?
