This is what I sent the beta team. Read this below and you guys let me know if anyone else had this problem. I verified with my bank that Microsoft did put an authorization thru this morning for $1.00 to make sure the card was legit. So, I know I typed my credit card in right. What's going on? Anyone know?? Letter below:
Dear Beta Team,
I recieved my beta kit at 11:00AM on 9/9/02. Shortly there after, I signed up for my 1 yr subscription. I double check all information before sending it to you. Despite all my efforts, I am having problems accessing account management or playing any of the games. When I try to access Account Management, it asks me for the last 4 digits of my credit card. I type them in as I typed them in during the setup. I send it over and it says number invalid and kicks me back to the menu. I told myself that's not really a big deal, let me just go play some games. Well, sure enough I think this problem is affecting my gameplay too because I tried to play Revolt and it said, Sign in Failed...read a message at the dashboard. It goes back to the dashboard and it says there are no messages to view. So, what I'm trying to figure out here is if I typed in my credit card number wrong or if there's something wrong with my network setup. I've tried 1800-4-MYXBOX but they could not give me any information. My gamertag is BRINET. PLEASE HELP ME Beta Team!! I am DESPERATE!!
