help on turok chapter 2

Alright, I know this is a bonehead question, but I'm stuck on Chapter 2 (first flying level). I've gotten to the point where it tells me to destroy the command tents, and I keep hitting a dead end. I eventually go over this bridge and then just crash into a cliff face. What am I missing? I can't see anywhere to go.

Destroy all the command tents and it will tell when you did that and give you more directions.

You do realize on that part of the level you can now fly around, you don't have to continue going straight down the path, in fact you can't until you destroy all the tents.
