Maybe some of you vets can help me out...

I play the computer on PRO and do fairly good at completion percentage... unfortunately I can only seem to complete corners and quick outs in the flats or something..

The In's, Out's, Post's, Hook's always get caught but as soon as they are caught I get hit and dropped... (2k2 had WAY to many drops, and it doesn't seemed to be fixed this year) Well I'm wondering what can be done (if anything) to prevent or at the very least minimize this from happening. I use Max passing but that doesn't seem to help..

What's even worse when I play my friends here.. we only complete like 20 to 50 % of our passes.. that is just horrible when 50% is a good game.. YIKES! Against the CPU it's like 45 to 65% I've gotten.. but playing 2 players is just horrible..

Any help on preventing or minimizing the drops would be greeat!
I've seen games with players have 10 drops YIKES :(

I dunno. I guess you just have to learn the game and unlock the hidden knowledge. I'm just glad I finally got my running game figured out.

Time is money. After a rew days of solid play you will get a lot beter. I used to be terrible at running and now I average a little over 100 yards rushing in 5 minute quarters. You also need you get your passing touch.

Bakeman,
Make sure your QB isn't throwing on the run. You want his feet planted and looking for a target will help your percentive rise. Try it and let me know how you do.

3-13 first season & 6-10 second season. I'm getting there...........................lol I'm ready for Piptender any day!
You out there Piptender?

Well so far on my season I'm 3-0 as the 49ers on Pro level.

I just got to 8 seconds left in the 1st quarter (7 minute Q's) and well the Rams haven't even gotten the ball yet :) lol

single player isn't to bad with %

it's mostly 2 player games.... I don't get it :(

Stats after 1st drive vs Rams

Garcia 3 of 4 for 25 yards 1 TD
Hearts 8 rushes 51 yards

w00t :)

YES!!!

4th quarter 1 second left on the clock.. 17 to 13 (I'm up)

the Rams had the ball on the 6 yard line.

And Warner throws to the goalline.. BAM!! INT by Plummer!

WOOT!!

You're doing alot better than me. I better practice more I want to hang with you. How is your defense? Rushing and Passing yards allow?

Passing yards that game I let up 178 yards...

I had more rushing that passing myself..

somewhere around 120 passing and 130 rushing..

I don't remember how much rushing I let up.. it was little less then 100 I think...

Your passing game is fine. what was the problem earlier? You did mention about your passing right. I'm glad it's doing well. Did my pointers/tips help any?

well against friends it still sucks..
it's like the WR has to be atleast 10 yards wide open or he'll be hit and he'll drop the ball everytime..

it's not right ending a game with only 30% completion percentage.....

but against the CPU it's always been okay..

and I was already doing all those things... so if I wasn't then they would have helped :) good advice :)
