XboxAddict's XboxLiveLeagues

I was wondering if you guys at the xboxaddict are interested in starting any Xbox Live Leagues. Currently, My staff and I are building a website to host several internet forums' sites. It will serve as a hub for all of the meat and potatoes of the league, but the actual league discussions and the like will take place on your own site. We can discuss some of the other details later, but for now, I'd like to know if you guys are interested. Currently, we are working with XboxClubhouse, XboxUsersGroup, and SEGA. Our site should launch sometime next week, and are eager to include your forums. Please post in this thread, and maybe we can get some buzz going.

But right now, there is already a league in fever and NFL 2k3, so people who didnt get in those this would be perfect but for some of us...we may already have too many games going.

I'm a NFL2k3 baller. There's 3 NFL2k3 league out there already, only the Gotham City League is active. I believe they're on week 2 or 3. I like to Join your league. I'm a bigtime Jets fan.

Hehe, hope there team does better in your league then they do in the NFL ;)

Anywho...this sounds cool...but I would advise contacting Jeremy-XBA or Stephen-XBA, as they are the admins of this site. They don't like people to just come in and advertise, but this sounds like it will help them in the long run with getting some new members, so hey, ya never know.

Well, since I'll be handing out the whoopings with Miami and Ricky :p having sites to go to that deals with competitions in games like Unreal and Ghost Recon would be kinda cool..ya know, something extra to do.

I guess if your into those things, but da thing I see with leagues is someone may have your team and you gotta pick someone else.

I hate that ladder crap. Most ranking, people don't play fair. It's fun to be the champ in a league. I can tell you hate to lose huh? My Jets would dogg out your Niners. All about the skillz dogg. I played several leaders on sega ladder, and they like to pull. People are more closer in a league a ladder. League has strong relationship with players, and many people pull. league bring competition and rivial.

ive gotten a thank you from my opponent...last i checked no1 else emailed me thanking me for the game....also if you disconnect in our fever league...ur booted from the league and a alternate takes over

Start a thread, but don't finish it. What about this league? There's tons of people would love to join a league, and didn't get a chance to join other league. Why lead people on something you're not serious about.

good points KingAvi! I may reconsider joining a crew cause I was on SegaNet and dudes were pulling da plug on everything from WSB2K2 to NBA2K2. It was sad, and made we wanna quit playing dude online.
But with broadband they cant do it. Though they could press the start button and never play until you end up quiting yourself.
I had suckas do dat to me as well. Press start and sit there until I get tired and quit, so I would get a "drop" and they recieve a cheesey win.:(

I really do hope MS has something set so kids cant cheat da system in order not to lose.

Disconnects are still a possibility even with broadband. Power goes out, kids trips over power cord and unplugs it. Most of us are honest players and enjoy the games whether we win or lose. It just not right to kick someone out of a league or judge them because of a disconnect. If that begins to happen, guess I'll just play the guys on my friends list that know I am not a sore loser. Just play the game and have fun!
