Something big coming this week!?

Spaceghost2k (xbox rep and THE insider on teamxbox boards) posted quite a teaser of a thread today.

Thread name: "There's some Xbox MAGIC coming this week."

In the post, he didn't put much, he just put a few "hehe"s. (he almost got fired due to posting things he shouldn't have earlier)

I know that when this guy posts something, you expect him to be right on the money, so i'm very excited for this announcement.

Anyone have ANY clue what this might be except for the Capcom thing?

I visit over at the TeamXbox board and I don't think something like that would get SpaceGhost that excited as to tip people off that there is something going to happen.

But then again, I could be wrong. It has happened before

I have never seen spaceghost screw anyone by promising something and then not delivering. i would bet 99% that something big is indeed coming this week

Big secret might be Quake 4, the "massively multiplayer shooter" Allard talked about last week. Source is unconfirmed right now, so take it as a rumor until we find out more.

Details:

--The game will have vehicles and tons of new weapons.
--Massive out door environments.
--Large scale multiplayer wars between user-controlled factions.
--Game server supports thousands of gamers.
--Game supports clans and you can upload your custom avatars to the game's servers.
--Won't be like a traditional Quake game.
--12 different races, human and alien, to choose from
--CTF, Domination, Quest Mode, etc, etc.



I for one hope this isn't what spaceghost was talking about.
