Does anyone know the best way to run an x-box through a tv capture card. I want to have the best picute and sound.

What will the quality be like, I've heard it will be quite jumpy? With a top quality graphics and sound card, do you think it will be better than a TV?

It won't be jumpy, but the clarity won't be anywhere near what you can get on a TV.
