I've played the Sega GT 2000 demo and liked it. But which is better, it or Project Gotham? I don't like to do a lot of car tuning and that sort of detailed stuff. Thanks for any input.

If you like doing the car tuning, then Sega GT is the way to go.

i like PGR the best.

in OXM newest issue, they rated PGR the best racing game ever, with sega GT being the runner up

pgr does no tweaking to any cars, but all cars allow you to drive with different kind of style and speed. I've tried the demo on sega GT and it's very different than PGR. From the first look of it, Sega GT is way too slow. PGR is fast and prettier IMO.

I have never been a big racing game fan, and we bought PGR way back, and I played it once for about 10 minutes. I thought, "great, race cars and go round and round", and then never played it again.

But, my bud has been talking to me alot about NFS and SegaGT, so I thought I'd give it a shot again, and I'm now hooked!!! PGR is a VERY cool game!!!! So glad I never traded it in.

Well, you said you "DON'T" like the tunning up and stuff. So your choice is simple..........PGR.;)

Go with PGR because of its style, speed, gfx, and sound. The game is also alot more fun to play.

I'm partial to Sega GT. Project Gotham was great, but the cars tend to handle more like their real life counterparts in SegaGT. In PG, all the cars are too squirrelly for my liking.
