I Give Up!!

After 2 days of trying to get XB Connect to work, and still can't join or host any games, i'm ready to give up.
Unless someone can help me?
At the moment i have my pc and my xbox plugged into a D-Link 504 ADSL router, and xbconnect seems to find my Xbox, but i can't play online.
I'm using NAT and my routers gives out addresses though DHCP, could this be causing problems. I've put port 8602 forward, on both tcp and udp, but still nothing.
What i find weird is that the router shows my pc is connected but the xbox doesn't show up, does the xbox receive dhcp addresses?

Even though i opened the ports my firewall was still blocking the traffiic between my xbox and pc. Simply turned it off, and now i can play online.
Just had a game and it was great, just need to buy another cable so i have the pc and xbox in the same room.
Only problem is that there doesn't seem to be many PAL games around, so i set the game up, but only 2 people coud join, probably a setting somewhere i need to change.
Wish i could play some americans, you seem to have huge games with 8v8 with jeeps and tanks, sounds brilliant.
Roll on Xbox Live and Halo 2! :D

Xbc has 2.2 out now, upgrade and see what happens.

I could play on gamespy all day long, but no xbc until i upgraded, now i can play. Still can't host, but that is my firewall settings I haven't tweaked correctly (yet).
