What would happen if I installed the software and a second xbox and retrieved the account that was created from the first one. Will they know. I would imagine that it records serial number and just would not let the same account log at the same time. Are there any other penalties if this happens? Has anyone tried this yet?

It's like AIM, you can't be logged onto the same account at the same time. I asked the people at 800-4MY-Xbox about this already because I thought that I lost my memory card, so they told me about this.
