ok, often if sum1 is waiting for a friend to join, they will kick me out, and it says your xbox has been kicked, how do i kick people out?? like if i dont wanna play a ranked game against #1 ranked in the world and he isnt wearing a headset, i cant get rid of him, how can i kick him??
