xbox live beta things...

M y friend have been choose for the beta last week and I heard he will not receve all the things I will receve (I was in the second wave of beta testers, he's in the third) what did he will receve/not receve, I saw somewhere that he will not get the t-shirt and the memory card is that right? will he got something else that I don't have?

Why would they even do that, not letting the "third wave" of beta testers get the same deal as everyone else. That's not cool.

Is anyone REALLY losing sleep over the T-shirt?

I might use it to check my oil or something, but I just don't see myself wearing a gaming shirt.

Although a whole crew of people checked into my hotel last night wearing EQ shirts. After they checked in, every single one of them called down to find out how to use our broadband.

Too bad we don't have it at the place. I'm assuming we'll find 12 hanging bodies by tomorrow at the latest.

yes i got my kit last week and no t-shirt memory card or revolt only got nfl fever, motogp,and wacked plus communicator

The third wave of beta testers do not get the XBL carrying
case, the orange memory unit, the ReVolt demo disc or
the T-Shirt.

Think of it this way, most of the beta testing was completed
before the third wave commenced. The early beta testers
were at a greater risk of something going wrong than the
current latest group of added testers. Really most of what
is going on now is simply load testing and tweaking the
servers.

After I loaded the Live disc that updated my dashboard, my
Xbox would not boot up anymore and had to be sent in for
repairs. I got it back yesterday and am now back on. Does
the extra goodies make up for me losing two weeks use of
my Xbox? Not really, they are nice to have but I would have
rather my Xbox hadn't had to be sent in and me losing two
weeks of play time.

If you hadn't been selected for the beta test, you would
get exactly what you got now, the difference here is you
are getting to play early and get used to the system before
others do. Be happy that you are getting a chance to learn
the in's and out's of Live before the hoards of people who
don't know what they are doing get on.

XBOX Live black and orange bag that contained: Head set, orange mem. card, head set adapter, 2 revolt/ start up disk, NFL fever beta demo and instructions.

About 2 weeks ago I recieved a T-shirt and MotoGP/ Whacked disk.
