Hmm, hard to say, I like the voice, I like the playing against real people, I like how easy it is to get in a game.....

I could go on and on. These few things barely scratch the service.

i find that the voice makes the games go by about a bllion times faster. it gets repetitive playing the comp, and this throws in a whole new gaming aspect.
