can we be kicked off of Live for swearing? like "trash" talking alot? and if so do we get a warning first?

I get my kit wednesday!!!

not double posting on XBA ... i posted one here and another on the xbox.com forum cuz i posted there first but it said your post will be up in a few minutes and i waited and waited and it didnt go up so i just came here

I don't believe you will get kicked off for swearing, but if you trash talk to much or become abusive in your trash talking people can give you a negative feedback.

My guess is after you get so many bad feedbacks they may monitor you or not let you connect for a period of time before banning you.

Sorry, I haven't heard exactly how they plan on using that, so that is just speculation.

Best advice, get to know the people you are playing against before you start flipping off your mouth. I have no problem with swearing and do it myself while gaming but only with people I know. Nothing is more annoying or obnoxious than someone new coming in and the first thing out of their mouth is f-this and f-that.

Most people I've played have been pretty cool though especially the folks from XBA.

I got no problem with swearing, and do it quite a bit (usually in good nature), but, not everyone is as cool as I am, so I try to be understanding of that fact. :)

yea... Im not gnna swear constantly like f*** this f***** up game its so f****** stupid, only like once in a while when playing NFL 2K3 for example and I lose a close game or something i would scream F**********************


+ the last f-word is mostly made up of U's :) :confused:
